At Platinum Developments our constant drive is to provide accommodation and retail space for people to buy or rent that is pleasantly situated and stunningly well equipped. We particularly look for rural locations or towards the edge of towns with good access to the countryside beyond. For brown-field sites and existing building refurbishments, we look for good access to amenities, character, and the scope to create safe urban environments.

We particularly value land typically up to 1.5 hectares suitable for minor and small developments or that lends itself to phasing. Whilst planning permission is preferred we remain interested in land that is denoted in local / neighbourhood plans.

And we are always actively looking for buildings that lend themselves to be converted into homes, apartments or mixed use. It’s always sad to see a building that had been a landmark for generations degrade past the point of no return or otherwise being pulled down to make way for new. Whilst its existing use may no longer be economically viable we take a pride in paying homage to builders and workers of the past in re-purposing it for new life.
